Yes, you heard me right! You have the opportunity to earn 20,000 points, quickly and easily!
The reason I’m doing this is because some people said they aren’t able to make a video and put it on YouTube. I’m not sure why they were not able to do it, even though I showed you how to get 1,500 points per day by doing so. It could be a computer issue, or maybe they’re on an iPad or something like that.
So, I wanted to give the opportunity for those who need the help. This will be a writing exercise.
You have until Saturday, 2/5 at 9am Central Time to do this.
What will you write about? The 17 Day Diet!
Where will you write about it? On a blog
What if I don’t have a blog? 2 things:
Subject matter: Write about your journey with the 17 day diet. If you’re not on the diet yet, write about the 17 day diet challenge.
Length: The length of your blog post should be 300 – 500 words.
Title: The title of your blog post must include the words “17 day diet”
Technical: You must link to this site with your contest link.
Replace YOURCONTESTID with your contest ID. For example, my contest ID is “social” so it would look like this: The 17 Day Diet
POINTS:
5,000 for writing a blog post
5,000 for doing so on another site
5,000 for linking from that other site to this site
5,000 points for having the most comments on your blog post.
For example, if you create your own blog at wordpress.com and follow the rules to create your own blog post, you get 10,000 points. If you link to this site from that site as described above, you get 5,000 more points. Total, 15,000 points.
Then you tell your friends, family, followers, anyone to go to your blog post and leave a comment. If you have the most unique comments on Saturday 2/5 at 9am, you will win an extra 5,000 points.
If you do not have a blog or don’t want to create one, you may email your blog post here: mike [at] the17daydiet.net
If you have any questions, you may email me too, or comment on this page.

Pingback: Challenge within the Challenge | The 17 Day Diet
My blog address is thesvtndaydietaa.wordpress.com I have really enjoyed the journey on The 17 Day Diet and will continue on it until I my goal weight. Then I will continue to eat the great fresh foods in the right amounts forever. Thanks to Dr. Mike and you for this opportunity! It’s great!
I didn’t see a blog post that would qualify for the “Challenge within a challenge”. If you are entering, write it now so you can get comments. The blog post with the most comments wins 5,000 points.
I don’t see an article that meets the 300 word requirement and links back to this site. If you have one, please post the link here.

This qualifies for 5,000 points for an article on another website. But it does not link back to this site as described in the contest requirements and in the follow up video. You still have time to get the extra 5,000 points if you do it before the contest ends!

This blog stuff is too complicated for me but good luck to those who were able to do it. I know we’ve all had quite a journey.
It has been an interesting journey. 20 pounds ago I felt depressed sluggish and fat. Now I feel like I’m on a great journey to health. I’m happy and active. I’m eating the right foods in the right portion sizes. It’s truly amazing what The 17 Day Diet has done for me. I can move with more freedom. I breathe better. I enjoy my life so much more than before. I’m now a winner in so many ways. Thanks to Dr. Mike and his book my life is more fulfilling. I enjoy going out and doing things because I don’t get tired as quickly. This life changing experience has made me a new woman with hope for a totally new me in the near future.
